Delivery of Goods is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland, the European Union and selected countries of the world available in the registration form on the store's website and takes place to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.
Delivery of ordered Goods in Poland is carried out using the Inpost parcel locker service, InPost courier shipment, DPD courier shipment, UPS courier shipment.
Delivery costs for the Inpost courier are: prepayment from PLN 21.99
Delivery costs for Inpost parcel lockers are: prepayment from PLN 18.99
delivery costs for the DPD courier are: prepayment from PLN 21.99
Delivery of ordered Goods to European Union countries is carried out by GLS or FEDEX courier.
Delivery costs for UPS courier: prepayment from EUR 14.99
Delivery of ordered Goods to other countries in the world is carried out by FEDEX or UPS courier.
Delivery costs for UPS courier: prepayment from EUR 42.99.
Delivery costs will also be indicated at the time of placing the Order.
The delivery time is from 1 to 14 business days from the date the Customer sends the Order.
For our customers outside the European Union:
In some cases, VAT or other taxes, duties or fees levied by the destination country will be added. Additional charges for taxes or customs clearance will be borne by the recipient; We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs and tax policies vary greatly from country to country; Please contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, this may result in delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Please note that we are unable to list items as gifts or to list an amount lower than the actual price of the item on customs forms.
For international orders, if the parcel is not collected and returned to us, we can refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
We do not provide a return shipping label in our packaging as international return shipments are the customer's responsibility. Hash Clothing brand is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges, and we are not responsible for refunds for returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Hash Clothing Brand.
