You can return goods purchased from us easily and cheaply

In our store, you do not have to worry about the fact that the selected size will not fit or in any other way will not meet your expectations. Thanks to the integration of our store with cheap returns, you can buy without stress and fear that the return of the purchased goods will be a torment. In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. So if the goods do not meet your expectations, you can send them back to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. All returns in our store are handled by a very simple returns wizard, which allows you to send us a return parcel

Make your return in 5 easy steps!

In our store you do not have to worry about the fact that the selected size will not fit or in any other way will not meet your expectations.

1 Print the form Generate return documents with address labels , and then print them.

2. Choose the form of return (how do you want to get a refund) or if you want to exchange the product, please provide information with comments.

3. Pack the returned goods. Remember! products must not show signs of use and must have original tags. The product must be returned with receipt .

4. Send the products the way you want.

5. Refund You will get your money back up to 14 days after we receive your refund.

Details of the forwarding steps:

· Log in to your account, and then in the returns panel, select the goods that you would like to return (in the case of returns, the product should also be returned free of charge - > link to the regulations  < ;-);

· In the next few steps, select a return and select the form in which you would like to receive the return;

· Create return documents, then print and sign the return document;

· Put the packed goods together with the receipt and return document into the shipping carton and seal it tightly. You can use the carton in which you received the ordered goods. Remember that the dimensions of the package cannot exceed the dimensions of 60 cm x 50 cm x 35 cm and the weight of 30 kg;

· We will issue a refund, in the form selected in the return wizard, within 14 working days * from the day we receive the return. As a rule, however, it takes less time. We may withhold the reimbursement until we receive the item or until you provide proof of its return.

The above procedure is not a condition for and in no way restricts your statutory right of withdrawal.
