### Terms and Conditions of the Promotion "Early Access to Discounts after Signing Up for the Newsletter"

1. *Promotion Organizer:*
- Ala Alicja Broczkowska-Majka, conducting business at ul. Polna 37, 55-003 Nadolice Małe, registered in REGON 382040928, with NIP number PL7532366610.

2. *Promotion period:*
- The promotion is valid from 5.10.2024 until stocks run out, but no longer than 31.10.2024. The organizer reserves the right to end the promotion earlier if stocks run out.

3. *Conditions of participation:*

To take advantage of the promotion, you must:

- Sign up for the newsletter on the hash-store.com website.
- Receive unique access that will allow early access to discounts on selected products.

4. *Discounts and Promotional Products

- After signing up for the newsletter, the participant will receive access to discounts on selected products available in the hash-store.com online store. The promotion is valid until promotional materials are exhausted.

- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions and discounts, unless the Organizer decides otherwise.

- Discounts can only be used on selected products indicated by the Organizer.

5. *Returns:*
- The customer has the right to return purchased products within 14 days of receiving the shipment without giving a reason.
- The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
- The product must be returned in unchanged condition, with a set of tags and in the original packaging.

6. *Complaints:*
- In the event of product defects, the customer has the right to make a complaint in accordance with applicable law.
- Complaints will be considered on the basis of the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act.

7. *Final provisions:*
- In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the regulations for important reasons (e.g. changes in legal regulations), about which the Organizer undertakes to inform the participants in a comprehensible and accessible manner.
