Promotion Terms – “Free Delivery”

1. Organizer

The organizer of the promotion is Ala Alicja Broczkowska-Majka, conducting business at: ul. Polna 37, 55-003 Nadolice Małe, Poland, REGON: 382040928, NIP: PL7532366610, operating the online store at hash-store.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion is valid until May 10 (Sunday), 23:59 CET.

3. Participation Rules

  1. The promotion is available to all customers who place an order during the promotion period.
  2. To participate, the customer must enter the discount code DELIVERY at checkout.
  3. The code is valid for orders over 100 PLN (approx. 25 EUR / 27 USD).
  4. The code reduces the shipping cost by up to 65 PLN / approx. 15 EUR / approx. 16 USD.
    In some EU countries, this amount covers 100% of the standard shipping cost (Germany, France, the Netherlands).
  5. In other countries, the shipping cost is reduced by 65 PLN / approx. 15 EUR / approx. 16 USD, and the customer covers any remaining difference.

4. Shipping Conditions

  1. For countries such as Germany, France, and other selected European destinations, the shipping cost is fully covered by the code (free delivery).
  2. In other countries, where shipping costs exceed the value of the discount, the customer may be required to pay the difference.
  3. The final shipping cost is always visible at checkout before payment.

5. Exclusions

  1. The promotion cannot be combined with other discount codes, vouchers, or special offers unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Organizer.

6. Returns and Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer laws. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless stated otherwise.

7. Final Provisions

  1. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion for valid reasons.
  2. The promotion is not a lottery or contest.
  3. By participating in the promotion, the customer accepts these terms.
