PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS “SUMMER SALE”

Promotion Organizer

The organizer of the promotion is Ala Alicja Broczkowska-Majka, conducting business activity at: ul. Polna 37, 55-003 Nadolice Małe, Poland, REGON: 382040928, VAT ID/NIP: PL7532366610, operating the online store at hash-store.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.

Promotion Period

The promotion is valid during the period indicated by the Organizer in the promotional notice, on the online store website or next to products covered by the promotion, unless the Organizer ends it earlier for important reasons, in particular due to the unavailability of products covered by the promotion.

The Organizer reserves the right to end the promotion earlier or change its terms only for important reasons, such as a technical error, an obvious pricing error, a change in applicable law, the unavailability of products, or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control.

Conditions of Participation

The promotion is available to every customer of the online store hash-store.com who places an order for products covered by the promotion during the promotion period.

The promotion consists of reducing prices of selected products available in the online store hash-store.com.

As part of the promotion, more than 100 selected products are reduced.

The discount is up to 25% and may vary depending on the product, variant, size, color, availability or previous price history of a given product.

The indication “up to -25%” means the maximum possible discount under the promotion. Individual products may be subject to a lower discount, according to the information visible next to the given product in the store.

The promotion is applied without the need to enter a discount code, unless the Organizer clearly states otherwise in the promotional notice, on the product page, in the cart or on the store website.

Products Covered by the Promotion and Exclusions

The promotion applies to selected products available in the online store and indicated by the Organizer as covered by the promotion.

Products covered by the promotion may be marked in the store by a reduced price, promotional category, website notice, banner, promotion description, “sale”, “summer sale” label or other marking indicating that the product participates in the promotion.

The promotion does not apply to all products available in the online store.

The promotion does not apply to:

products not marked as covered by the promotion,
special products,
competition outfits,
products sewn or prepared to individual order,
personalized products,
products made according to individual arrangements with the customer,
custom-made gymnastics crowns,
gift cards, if available in the store,
delivery and shipping costs,
other products, services or costs excluded from the promotion by the Organizer.

The Organizer may add further products to the promotion or exclude selected products from the promotion if this results from product availability, a technical error, an obvious mistake, a change in sales conditions or other important reasons.

Combining the Promotion with Discount Codes

The promotion is not automatically combined with discount codes, individual discounts, vouchers, special offers or other promotions, unless the Organizer clearly decides otherwise.

Not all discount codes may be used on products covered by the SUMMER SALE promotion.

The possibility of combining a discount code with the promotion depends on the rules of the given code, store settings and the Organizer’s decision.

If a discount code is not applied to a product covered by the promotion, it means that the given code cannot be combined with the promotion, does not apply to the given product, or the conditions for using the code have not been met.

Only one discount code may be used in one order, unless the Organizer clearly allows discount codes or promotions to be combined.

Discount codes do not apply to delivery and shipping costs, unless a given code has been clearly specified by the Organizer as a discount code for delivery or shipping costs.

Price and Discount Information

For products covered by the promotion, the Organizer provides price information in accordance with applicable law, in particular information about the lowest price of the product within 30 days before the price reduction, if required.

If the product has been available for sale for less than 30 days, the lowest price from the date the product was first offered until the date of the price reduction is provided.

The amount of the discount may vary depending on the product, variant, size, color or availability, if this results from the store settings, the previous price history of the given product, or the Organizer’s decision regarding products covered by the promotion.

The price visible next to the product or in the cart is the price including the promotional discount, provided that the product meets the promotion conditions.

If the information “up to -25%” is displayed next to a product or in a promotional notice, it means the maximum possible discount under the promotion, while individual products may be subject to a lower discount.

The discount may vary between products, which means that products covered by the promotion may have different discount levels, up to a maximum of 25%.

Product Availability

The promotion is valid only while products covered by the promotion remain available.

Products covered by the promotion may be available in limited quantities, sizes, variants or colors.

Adding a product to the cart does not mean that the product has been reserved. The sales agreement is concluded in accordance with the terms and conditions of the online store.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the Organizer will contact the customer to agree on further order processing or a refund.

Returns and Withdrawal from the Agreement

A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the parcel, without giving any reason, unless the product is excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer, unless the store terms and conditions or individual arrangements state otherwise.

The returned product should be in unchanged condition, without signs of use beyond what is necessary to check the nature, features and functioning of the item, with all tags attached and, if possible, in the original packaging.

The right of withdrawal may not apply to non-prefabricated products made according to the customer’s specifications or intended to meet the customer’s individual needs, for example personalized products, made-to-measure products or products prepared according to individual arrangements.

In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the refund will be made in accordance with the store terms and conditions and applicable law.

In the event of a partial return of the order, the Organizer may appropriately recalculate the value of the discount granted, in particular if, after the partial return, the order no longer meets the conditions of the promotion or of the discount code used for the order.

Complaints

The customer has the right to submit a complaint in the event of non-conformity of the product with the agreement or if a defect is found.

Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable law, in particular consumer protection regulations.

The promotional purchase price does not limit the customer’s rights resulting from the seller’s liability for the lack of conformity of the goods with the agreement or any other rights provided by applicable law.

Personal Data

Customers’ personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfilment, promotion handling, settlements and possible handling of returns and complaints.

Final Provisions

In matters not regulated by these promotion terms and conditions, Polish law shall apply, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

The promotion terms and conditions are available on the store website throughout the promotion period.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions for important reasons, provided that such changes do not affect the acquired rights of customers who used the promotion before the changes were introduced.

The promotion is not a game of chance, promotional lottery, betting activity or contest within the meaning of applicable law.
