MYSTERY GIFT TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Information

The Mystery Gift promotion is organized by HASH and is available while supplies last.

By participating in the promotion, the customer accepts the following terms and conditions.

Purchase Thresholds

Customers may receive a Mystery Gift when their order reaches one of the following thresholds:

• Orders from $25 → Mystery Gift with a minimum value of $40+

• Orders from $75 → Mystery Gift with a minimum value of $80+

• Orders from $150 → Mystery Gift with a minimum value of $135+

The order value is calculated after discounts and promotions have been applied and excludes shipping costs.

What's Inside?

Each Mystery Gift is selected individually by the HASH team.

The contents remain a surprise until the package is opened.

A Mystery Gift may include:

• HASH-made products

• Accessories

• Limited editions

• End-of-collection items

• One-of-a-kind pieces

• Products no longer available in regular sale

Customers may leave their size and preferred colors in the order notes. We will do our best to match the gift accordingly, but specific products cannot be guaranteed.

Returns

Customers may:

• Return the Mystery Gift together with all items received inside

or

• Keep the Mystery Gift

If the Mystery Gift is kept, the refund amount will be reduced by the value of the selected Mystery Gift variant:

• $40 variant → $40 deduction

• $80 variant → $80 deduction

• $135 variant → $135 deduction

If a partial return causes the order value to fall below the required purchase threshold, the customer must either return the Mystery Gift or accept the corresponding deduction from the refund.

Partial returns of Mystery Gift contents are not accepted.

Complaints

Products included in a Mystery Gift may be subject to complaints under applicable consumer laws.

Complaints cannot be based solely on dissatisfaction with the randomly selected contents.

Final Provisions

• Mystery Gifts are available while supplies last.

• HASH reserves the right to modify or end the promotion at any time without affecting orders already placed.

• Applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.
