DISCOUNT CODE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Organizer
The organizer of the discount codes is Ala Alicja Broczkowska-Majka, conducting business activity at: ul. Polna 37, 55-003 Nadolice Małe, Poland, REGON: 382040928, VAT ID/NIP: PL7532366610, operating the online store at hash-store.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
2. Types of Discount Codes
The Organizer may provide customers with different types of discount codes, in particular:
- ambassador discount codes, shared by ambassadors, influencers or persons cooperating with the Organizer,
- fixed-amount discount codes, reducing the value of an order or selected products by a specified amount,
- percentage discount codes, reducing the price of products by a specified percentage,
- discount codes related to events, fairs, competitions, shows, promotional campaigns or other events,
- discount codes for delivery or shipping costs,
- other discount codes made available by the Organizer.
The detailed conditions of a given discount code, including its value, validity period, minimum order value, products covered by the code, products excluded from the code, or information on whether the code applies to delivery costs, may be specified in a promotional notice, e-mail, social media, on the store website or directly next to the given code.
3. Conditions for Using Discount Codes
To use a discount code, the customer must enter it in the appropriate field intended for discount codes, visible in the cart or during the checkout process in the online store.
A discount code may only be used during its validity period, if such a period has been specified by the Organizer.
A discount code may be single-use or reusable, depending on the rules set by the Organizer.
A discount code may apply to the entire order, selected products, selected product categories, delivery costs or other benefits, only if this results from the information provided by the Organizer.
Discount codes do not apply to delivery and shipping costs, unless a given code has been clearly specified by the Organizer as a discount code for delivery or shipping costs.
The discount code is applied after the conditions for its use have been met and after it has been correctly entered in the appropriate field in the online store.
If a discount code does not work, it may mean that the conditions for its use have not been met, the code has expired, the code has been entered incorrectly, it applies to products excluded from the discount, or it does not cover delivery costs.
4. Combining Discount Codes with Other Promotions
Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, price reductions, discount codes, individual discounts, vouchers, special offers or products already covered by a promotion, unless the Organizer clearly decides otherwise.
Only one discount code may be used in one order, unless the Organizer clearly allows discount codes or promotions to be combined.
The Organizer may individually decide whether a discount code can be combined with another promotion, discount or special offer.
5. Products and Costs Excluded from Discount Codes
Discount codes do not apply to special products, personalized products or products made or prepared according to individual arrangements with the customer, unless the Organizer clearly decides otherwise.
Products and costs excluded from discount codes include in particular:
- competition outfits,
- special outfits,
- products sewn or prepared to individual order,
- personalized products,
- custom-made gymnastics crowns,
- products made according to individual arrangements with the customer,
- products marked as a “special product”,
- gift cards, if available in the store,
- delivery and shipping costs, unless the discount code has been clearly specified by the Organizer as a discount code for delivery or shipping costs,
- other products, services or costs excluded from discounting by the Organizer.
The Organizer may mark a product as excluded from discount codes in the product description, promotional notice, terms and conditions of a specific promotion, on the store website, or by preventing the discount code from being applied in the cart.
6. Ambassador Codes
Ambassador codes are discount codes shared by ambassadors, influencers or persons cooperating with the Organizer.
An ambassador code may entitle the customer to a percentage discount, fixed-amount discount, reduction of delivery costs or another benefit specified by the Organizer.
Ambassador codes cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, individual discounts, vouchers or special offers, unless the Organizer clearly decides otherwise.
Ambassador codes do not apply to special products, personalized products, competition outfits, custom-made gymnastics crowns, delivery and shipping costs, or other products, services or costs excluded from discounting, unless the Organizer clearly decides otherwise.
7. Fixed-Amount Discount Codes
Fixed-amount discount codes reduce the value of an order or the value of specific products by the indicated amount.
In the case of fixed-amount discount codes, the discount value may be limited to the minimum price of a given product. This means that the price of a product after applying the discount code cannot be reduced below the minimum price set by the Organizer.
If the value of the discount code exceeds the possible discount value for one product, using the full value of the code may require adding several products covered by the discount code to the cart.
If the value of the products covered by the code is lower than the value of the discount code, or if the code cannot be used in full due to the minimum price of the product, the unused part of the code is not subject to payout, refund, exchange for cash or transfer to another order, unless the Organizer clearly decides otherwise.
A fixed-amount discount code cannot be exchanged for cash.
A fixed-amount discount code does not reduce delivery and shipping costs, unless it has been clearly specified by the Organizer as a discount code for delivery or shipping costs.
In the event of a partial return of an order, the value of the fixed-amount discount code used may be proportionally settled when refunding the payment.
8. Event Codes
Discount codes related to events may be made available during fairs, competitions, shows, events, workshops, promotional campaigns or other events.
An event code may have a limited validity period, a limited product scope or individual conditions of use specified by the Organizer.
Event codes cannot be combined with other promotions, discount codes, individual discounts, vouchers or special offers, unless the Organizer clearly decides otherwise.
Event codes do not apply to special products, personalized products, competition outfits, custom-made gymnastics crowns, delivery and shipping costs, or other products, services or costs excluded from discounting, unless the Organizer clearly decides otherwise.
9. Delivery or Shipping Cost Codes
Delivery or shipping cost codes apply only when the Organizer clearly states that a given code applies to delivery or shipping costs.
A delivery code may reduce the delivery cost in full or in part, in accordance with the conditions specified by the Organizer.
A delivery code may apply to selected countries, delivery methods, order values, validity periods or other conditions specified by the Organizer.
If the delivery cost exceeds the discount value resulting from the delivery code, the customer is required to pay the remaining part of the delivery cost.
A delivery code does not reduce product prices, unless the Organizer clearly decides otherwise.
10. Price and Discount Information
In the case of discount codes applied to specific products or product groups, the Organizer provides price information in accordance with applicable law, in particular information about the lowest price of the product within 30 days before the price reduction, if required.
If the product has been available for sale for less than 30 days, the lowest price from the date the product was first offered until the date of the price reduction is provided.
The final price visible in the cart after entering the discount code is the price including the discount, provided that the product meets the conditions for using the code.
The actual discount amount may depend on the type of code, order value, products in the cart, minimum price of a given product, products excluded from discounting, delivery costs and other conditions specified by the Organizer.
11. Returns and Withdrawal from the Agreement
Using a discount code does not limit the customer’s right to withdraw from a distance sales agreement, if such a right applies under applicable law.
In the event of withdrawal from the agreement, the refund is made up to the amount actually paid by the customer, after taking into account the discount code used.
If the customer returns only part of the order, the Organizer may appropriately recalculate the value of the discount code used, in particular if, after the partial return, the order no longer meets the conditions for using the code.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to non-prefabricated products made according to the customer’s specifications or intended to meet the customer’s individual needs, for example personalized products, made-to-measure products or products prepared according to individual arrangements.
12. Complaints
Using a discount code does not limit the customer’s right to submit a complaint.
The customer has the right to submit a complaint in the event of non-conformity of the product with the agreement or if a defect is found.
The promotional purchase price does not limit the customer’s rights resulting from the seller’s liability for the lack of conformity of the goods with the agreement or any other rights provided by applicable law.
13. Personal Data
Customers’ personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfilment, handling discount codes, settlements and possible handling of returns and complaints.

14. Final Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules for using discount codes for important reasons, such as a change in applicable law, a technical error, an obvious mistake, misuse of a discount code or other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control.
Changes to the rules for using discount codes do not affect the acquired rights of customers who used a discount code before the changes were introduced.
In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, Polish law shall apply, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

Discount codes are not a game of chance, promotional lottery, betting activity or contest within the meaning of applicable law.
